Unfortunately, international shipping, taxes and customs fees are very high and range anywhere from $15-30 depending on the country you are from outside of the USA. Additionally, Etsy requires parcel shipping for international orders, which include tracking to ensure the safe delivery of your order. Unfortunately as I am a small business, I am unable to include free or discounted shipping for my international customers as that would cause my business to run at a deficit.

Due to COVID19 shipping delays, packages can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks to arrive at their international locations.

As of February 2022, USPS announced they will not be shipping internationally to many countries due to COVID19. Please refer to the USPS website for more information.

This is a prevalent issue that myself and other Etsy sellers are encountering with orders--Etsy uses a third party shipping company called Pitney Bowes whose shipping labels often do not get scanned by USPS. They are notorious with updating tracking statuses, and many are left in "Pre-transit" status, even after being delivered.

This is as frustrating for me as it is for you, but I always package and mail my orders on time and mail them out within 1-3 days of receiving your order. The only thing I can ask is for our wonderful customers to be patient and hope that USPS, Pitney Bowes, and Etsy can safely deliver and update the tracking statuses on time, as it is completely out of my hands. When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.

This is a common issue with USPS and other mail carriers where they tend to mark packages as delivered 24-72 hours before they physically deliver it to your address. As to why they do so, I honestly do not know, but I can only recommend that you wait a few more days to allow for the package to actually arrive. Most customers receive their package within 1-3 days of the tracking status saying "Delivered."

If for whatever reason you do not receive your package after 1 week of this "Delivered" status, please reach out to me and I will be happy to replace your order.
